Victim's Rights
Being a victim in a crime is hard, you didn't ask for this to happen to you, and at times the system can make you feel powerless or overwhelmed. After the passage of Marsy's law in 2018 you have a constitutional right as a victim in the State of Oklahoma. While the District Attorney's Office may provide you with a victim's witness coordinator or advocate, you may still find yourself struggling to have your voice heard. If you are, Erik can assist you. From helping you prepare what you'd like to say in a Victim's Statement, to asserting your rights if they have been violated by any party in the case, Erik has a deep commitment to make sure your voice is heard and your rights are enforced.
